Foster Land Modifications was established in 2019, but owner Casey Foster has been operating heavy equipment and performing dirt work for over 35 years. His experience in the industry goes back to when he was 19 years old, and he brings that extensive background to every project we take on today.
We’re based in Arthur City, Texas and serve throughout Northeast Texas and Southern Oklahoma. Our primary service area includes Paris, Sulphur Springs, Sherman, Gainesville, Emory, Broken Bow, Antlers, and Hochatown. Yes, we provide free estimates for all of our services. Casey Foster personally visits your property, assesses the work needed, and provides a straightforward quote. We believe you should have clear information before making any decisions about your land modification project.
We own and operate dozers, track hoes, skid steers, front-end loaders, and support equipment. Our fleet is maintained and ready to work. For larger projects requiring additional resources, we can bring in up to 12-13 additional dozers through our network of trusted equipment operators.
We work throughout the year, though weather affects our schedule. Heavy rain can shut down dirt work for days, especially when working with clay soils. Ice and extreme cold occasionally cause delays. Despite weather challenges, we maintain operations year-round and schedule work as conditions allow.
Payment terms are discussed during the estimate process and vary by project size and scope. We’re straightforward about costs and timing. Most projects require a deposit to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept checks and other standard payment methods.
